Who we are
Oracus AI is an investment analysis platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable European privacy laws.
What data we collect
When you create an account, we collect: your email address, your name (optional), your country, and your investment profile preferences (experience level, sectors of interest, approximate capital, broker, investment goal). When you use our analysis features, we log which tickers you analyze and when. We do not collect payment information directly — payments are processed securely by Stripe.
How we use your data
We use your data to: provide and improve our analysis service, personalize your experience (such as tax-related recommendations based on your country), enforce usage limits per plan, and communicate important updates about your account. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. Analytics, if implemented, will use privacy-respecting tools that do not track individual users.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted in the European Union). All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Access to user data is restricted to authorized systems only.
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your data in a portable format, object to processing of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@oracusai.com.
Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days. Anonymized analysis statistics may be retained for service improvement.
