Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Oracus AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of service
Oracus AI is an algorithmic investment analysis tool powered by artificial intelligence. It analyzes publicly available financial data and presents structured reports. Oracus AI is NOT a financial advisor and does not provide personalized investment recommendations.
Not financial advice
All analyses, scores, scenarios, and verdicts generated by Oracus AI are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitations to buy or sell securities. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Past performance of analyzed companies does not guarantee future results.
User accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person — shared accounts are not permitted.
Subscription and billing
Free accounts are limited to 3 analyses per month. Pro accounts provide 50 analyses per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly (€9.99/month) or annually (€99.99/year). You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the service; share your account credentials; use the service for any illegal purpose; or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
Intellectual property
The Oracus AI methodology, including the Oracus Shield scoring system, analysis framework, and all associated content, is proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our methodology without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Oracus AI is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any investment losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Málaga, Spain.
